I’ve recently enjoyed the opportunity to work with Outsider Coffee here in the Rogue Valley as a technician. Every week I encounter a new problem and get to discover new solutions and skills. I’ve gotten the chance to fix things I never imagined myself being able to fix. One thing I love about being at Collab Team is the opportunity to always be learning.
Courage is the character trait that inspires me the most, and that I most want to embody. In business, that looks like being willing to have hard conversations and being brave in trying new out of the box solutions. Great things usually only come out of great risks and it takes courage to get there.
São Paulo, Brazil, is the next trip on my list! I’m looking forward to practicing my Portuguese skills, exploring one of the largest metropolitan areas in the world, and visiting a close family friend.
